Day 01: Tour Ballestas Islands – Dunebuggy and sandboarding in Huacachina

5:00 a.m – Depart Lima – We pick up directly from hotels Miraflores, San Isidro, Barranco in Lima.

6:00 a.m – Direct bus to Paracas, a beautiful small town by the sea.

Once you arrive in Paracas, Ballestas Islands – 2 hour boat tour of the islands to see Humboldt penguins, families of sea lions, huge flocks of seabirds a mysterious symbol carved in the face of a cliff, known as the Chandelier, rock formations and the beauty of the Pacific Ocean, Back to the pier. 

11:30 a.m – Direct bus from Paracas to Ica, our first point of visit will be the excursion to the Nietto Winery where the grape brandy, famously known as Pisco, is made. visitors will be invited to taste or taste the main products made in the winery: Wines, Piscos.

Finally we will continue the tour to the Oasis of Huacachina, Dunebuggy and sandboarding – 2 hours full of adrenaline to going up and down sand dunes. Our professional driver will make different stops, so you can appreciate the landscape and can take photographs. Then we will drive our vehicle to the top of a large dune where our instructor guide will show you how to practice the sport of sandboarding. After this tour transfer to the bus station.

(19:00 Hrs). Departure to the city of Nazca by tourist bus Cruz del Sur. (22:00 Hrs). Arrival to the city of Nazca and transfer to the hotel.

Day 02: Overflight Nazca Lines & Pre-Inca cemetery  Chauchilla

 08:40 AM, After breakfast, our local guide meets you at the hotel lobby. Afterward, we go to the Nazca airport to take the flight over the Nazca Lines.

Upon arrival, our guide will give you a briefing about the Nazca Lines, including interesting theories.

Before boarding the airplane, our pilot will provide safety instructions as well as tips to better enjoy the flight.

Each airplane count with a window seat, so you could appreciate the figures correctly. In addition, the flight lasts about 35 minutes, and during this time you will be able to observe perfect representations of huge animals, such as, a hummingbird, a monkey, a spider, a whale, and a famous design known as the astronaut among others.

After flight. Tour to the pre-Inca Cemetery of Chauchilla takes you to visit an ancient necropolis more than 1000 years old. It is the only archaeological site in Peru, where you can see tombs and mummified bodies belonging to an ancient culture, along with artifacts. For many years the Chauchilla cemetery was looted by treasure hunters. These grave robbers stole all the valuable artifacts and left mummified bodies, human hair, bones, pottery fragments and pieces of cloth that can still be seen in their ancient tombs. After the tour, return to your hotel.

At (14:00 Hrs) Departure to the city of Lima by tourist bus Cruz del sur. At (22:00 Hrs). Arrival to Lima and transfer to the hotel.
